In the mood to roll around

As everything in life, a simple roll around on your skate, longboard, slalom should have the right soudtrack, I just made a couple of sets for those moments, you might ask; those moments – Yes, there’s a few different of kinds of rolling around, 1. typical hanging around, feeling the breeze 2. trying to relax, think about something, make a decision, unwind 3. feeling the adrenaline all over your veins, in the need to go faster than a bullet and not less important 4. basic transportation – That’s right, if you live a city with a beach, you probably got a entire area for runners, bike and skate, so you can save money and always enjoy the look of a nice beach, women walking around wearing nothing but skirts, bikinis.

Fulsomeness of great music situations

The past two days I became with two new playlists. The first one simply because I had to create something about Lana del Rey’s song “Pawn Shop Blues” so instantly I came up with great ideas of which meaning that playlist would have, so I’ve decided to do something involving that nostalgic moment of a lazy afternoon when all you want its to stop the time so you can think, think and don’t waste time. The thing is, it was middle of the night and I was afraid of a few things like getting bored and picking up the first song I like but I had struggle to keep searching, listening, adding, deleting and I had a great number of listeners so, I guess it was a great project.

The second mix I will admit, I tried to take that instant relax and naive good project to get successful in my head and feeling, pretty much honored – as I am with every set I’ve made this entire time but talking about what really is important I made probably one of the greatest searches of all time – for me, of course, Adhitia Sofyan make sure you don’t forget his name, this lad made just the swestest and most romantic song I’ve ever heard in years, “Adelaide sky” it will easily be the ballad of your night, day, moments of thinking, reflection.. every glimpse of considering taking slow, chill got to have this lad on, even if you aren’t into my music taste just listen to his song, you won’t regret.

Once again 8tracks dared me to create Sportsgirl a special mix, now it’s even more challenger because it would be a contest, let’s see what happens.

About the mix.. as an advertising student, I’m really focused about having a point of start, like.. something that can be the reason of the theme, it’s like a fashion collection, you got to start from something, like.. a rose – stupid example, anyway.. as we’re talking about summer, nothing better than fresh, easy listening songs, I thought putting The xx, but then it would be too much chillen and we want to excite people to go and buy, right? I’ve searched for great fresh indie songs and I think I got the major song, it’s Crystaleyed – A home. A heart. Whatever, so, the next step it’s catching up a line for this mix, I thought of something like “it’s getting real”, but isn’t catchy enough, let’s leave it for a while and focus on more songs, bands. As an aussie brand it would be perfectly awesome to have aussie bands, singers on it, nothing better than a great – one of my favorites, for sure on the top 10 of my lifelist; whatever it means - John Butler Trio, but there’s nothing in comum . We already got the Coachella’s lineup on their website, with the official banner and stuff, but when 8tracks published it was more like a challenge, so I spent some very productive time searching for music of every singer, band, dj on the entire festival to make an insanely awesome freaking hypster mix.
